Although it may not seem intuitive or comfortable, when we are experiencing difficult circumstances or feeling stuck in our lives, being able to share with and walk with someone else can make all the difference in overcoming.
Is life more than you can handle right now? Are you feeling anxious, stressed, overwhelmed and alone with no one to talk to? Or are you doing ok but want to take your life to the next level? Too often, as adults of all ages and stages in life, we are told we need to be strong, face challenges, or manage significant change on our own. That’s simply not true. You don’t have to do it alone. I can help.
Most of us are hesitant to share our most intimate thoughts, emotions, and details about our lives for fear of being judged, ridiculed, or shamed. Even if we do, it can seem that no one understands what we’re going through which can make us feel even more alone. It can be a significant relief and incredibly healing to speak to someone in a safe, non-judgemental, and respectful environment. I can hold that space for you.
I will work collaboratively with you as you develop skills and access insights that make navigating life easier. My respectful, holistic, and supportive approach allows you the space to create the positive change you desire. I believe in a whole-health outlook to mental wellness and optimal living. What we put into our body, how we treat and strengthen our body can have a direct impact on our mood, energy, and overall life satisfaction.
In my current journey, I am completing a Master’s in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I love yoga, swimming, cycling and spending time outdoors.
