I was compelled to create this video to share the beauty of my recent walk in nature. We are being invited into nature at this time of year. The air is fragrant, the colours are spectacular (vibrant purples, soft pinks, gorgeous greens) and the environment is calming, soothing, ground and connecting. When we are outside, we hear the birds, see those around us and are reminded of our own inherent worth and belonging. This is mood-boosting and whole-health promoting!
