In this short video I use a very timely personal experience to explain how unexpressed expectations generally end up in disappointment, frustration and even resentment. When we erroneously expect that others can intuit what we want, we do a disservice to them and ourselves. When we are clear, open and transparent, we greatly increase the chances of getting what we want and help others to help us 🙂
