My approach to therapy is through an integrative and holistic lens, focusing on the impact that food and movement has on our systems, how our childhood impacts our adult relationships and worldview, and cognitive behavioural techniques.
Change begins with a decision to change and a commitment. By focusing on small changes towards bigger picture goals, things that may be holding you back become easier to navigate.
