I take an integrative approach to therapy by drawing on both psychodynamic and humanistic frameworks that are highly effective, such as Adlerian, cognitive-behavioural, and mindfulness-based therapies with a trauma-focused lens. I completed a trauma-sensitive & trauma-informed mindfulness facilitation certificate with NeuroNova in 2020 for Mindful Solutions Inc., to help you stay in your window of tolerance while engaging in therapeutic sessions. Depending on your therapeutic goals, we may explore your unconscious processes and past experiences to gain insight into current patterns of behaviour and emotions.
