During this time of uncertainty related to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are offering short term therapy free of charge to residents of Toronto & the GTA who have been adversely affected economically and lost employment due to the Covid-19 situation. This is open to anyone without private insurance, who is out of work and requiring support during this challenging time. A limited number of spots are available and a new block of sessions will start on Monday, May 4th, with sessions offered on a weekly basis for 6 weeks.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a structured, short term approach that can be effective in treating anxiety and depression. The goal of these sessions is to help people manage stress and reduce anxious or depressive symptoms. CBT is talk therapy where clients identify and discuss challenging situations, thoughts and emotions, raise awareness of these often unconscious thought patterns, identify and transform negative thinking & improve emotional management.

All sessions will be conducted online through a safe, secure and compliant telehealth platform. Sessions are booked for 50 minutes.

Sessions will be conducted by Celeste Chong & Jessica Bloom, intern therapists who are in the process of completing their clinical training at Sunnyside Healing Arts.

Please contact us at info@sunnysidehealingarts.com to get started!
